Using the site
You may use Instavidly for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using it you confirm you are old enough to enter an agreement where you live, and that you will follow the rules below.
Fair use and content rights
Everything you fetch here belongs to whoever made it. You are responsible for what you do with a file once you have it. Save what you own or have permission to use. Do not republish, sell, or pass off someone else's work as your own, and do not use this tool to help you infringe anyone's copyright.
What is not allowed
- Trying to reach private accounts or content you were not given access to.
- Automated or bulk scraping, including scripts and bots hitting the endpoints.
- Anything designed to overload, probe, or break the service.
- Downloading material that is unlawful where you are.
No relationship with Instagram
Instavidly is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Those names belong to their owners and are used here only to describe what this tool works with.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it works, stays online, or keeps working tomorrow. Instagram changes things often, and when it does, parts of this site may break until they are fixed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Instavidly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including anything that follows from a file you downloaded through it.
Ending access
Access may be rate limited or blocked at any time, without notice, if usage looks abusive or automated.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. Questions go to support@instavidly.com.
