Before you write
Two things account for most messages, and both have quick answers.
A link will not download. Check first whether the account is private, since nothing can be fetched from one. If it is public and still fails, send us the address you tried and roughly when, which is usually enough to reproduce it.
Nothing happens when you press Download. Try a different browser before writing. An extension blocking scripts is the most common cause, and switching browsers rules it out in seconds.
Copyright and takedown requests
Instavidly hosts no Instagram content. Files pass from Instagram's own servers to the person who asked for them, and nothing is retained here afterwards.
If you believe this site is being used to infringe your rights, choose the copyright option above and include a link to the material, proof that you own it, and your contact details. Requests are dealt with promptly.
